Toppenish- Three gang members arrested for allegedly beating man

TOPPENISH -- Police arrested three gang members suspected of badly beating a 35-year-old Toppenish man Friday night.

Police found the victim unresponsive in the first block of West Third Avenue after responding to the 8:35 p.m. call.

Police said they arrested three people they believe responsible for the beating: two men, 22 and 18, and a 17-year-old boy.

They attempted to flee the scene, police said. The victim was punched and kicked in the face and suffered broken bones in his face and several cuts on his body, police said.

Police said the victim was in stable condition and that the incident is still under investigation.
